Technology and integrated delivery play an increasingly important role in the industry. This course equips you with the skills to deal with these challenges in areas such as the legal, technical, managerial, economic, social and environmental aspects of a construction project while providing you with the knowledge and understanding to make informed choices, ensuring efficiency, quality and risk aversion for the project. Core modules in Construction Management allow students to learn through creative problem-solving and collaborative working.<br/><br/>The course also embraces the intellectual and practical competencies required by professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB).
