<strong>If you are passionate about developing inclusive intercultural learning and global connectivity in your teaching practice, this online course is ideal for you.</strong><br/><br/>The iPGCE is a global teacher education qualification for practitioners, with two or more years of teaching experience, who want to gain a recognised international qualification for teaching in an early years, primary, secondary or equivalent educational context. This online course is designed to develop teaching skills and knowledge when working with a diverse student body. You will need to be teaching or supporting teaching in a formal education setting (voluntary or paid) throughout the duration of the course.<br/><br/>Studying the International PGCE will enable you to develop your professional competency, as a creative and inclusive educator, through critical reflection and research in a national and global context. This award is widely recognised as an international qualification for teaching excellence.<br/><br/>Once you complete the course, you can use 60 credits towards completing a part-time or a full-time Master’s in Education through our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process.<br/><br/>Although this course does not provide a direct route to QTS, successful candidates can pursue the UK Assessment Only Route to Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), if they are suitably qualified and experienced.<br/><br/><strong>What you should know about this course</strong><br/>- iPGCE is delivered online and models how teaching practice can integrate digital technology.<br/><br/><br/>• The qualification is widely recognised as an international qualification for teaching excellence.<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Successful candidates can obtain 60 Masters credits that can be used within 3-5 years (subject to the institution’s RPL processes) towards a Masters in Education.<br/><br/><br/><br/>• Successful candidates who meet the criteria for Assessment Only Route to QTS can undertake this qualification.<br/><br/>
