Our Law (Canadian Law) LLB degree is aimed at Canadian students wanting to study in the UK, or those wishing to cross-qualify in England, Wales and Canada.<br/><br/>Youll explore Canadian Constitutional Law and Canadian Administrative Law, the foundations of English and Welsh law as well as our wide range of specialist modules. This degree will prepare you for the Canadian National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) exams, provides a foundation of knowledge for the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examination and is qualifying for the academic stage of the Bar training route.<br/><br/>Brighton Law School prepares you for a legal career or related role by developing practical legal skills such as drafting, mooting, negotiation and client interviewing.
