The foundation year aims to prepare you for degree-level study and is a great way to build the confidence, skills and knowledge needed to succeed on your degree course.<br/><br/>The foundation year of this Coventry University degree will be delivered from our CU Coventry campus. Course delivery from year one of the degree onwards will be from our Coventry University campus.<br/><br/>**Foundation Year**<br/>The foundation year supports you to gain the academic skills required for degree-level study and provides a grounding in key areas of health, education, psychology and wellbeing. Students who successfully complete their foundation year will then progress onto the Public Health BSc (Hons) degree within Coventry University’s School of Health and Care.<br/><br/>**Degree**<br/>The degree explores practical strategies for tackling disease and preventing ill health, including health promotion programmes and approaches to health protection in response to emerging challenges.
