You’ll acquire a comprehensive understanding of the way individuals – as well as organisations – learn, develop, and grow. As part of this we’ll discuss human resource development and performance improvement.<br/><br/>While studying with us, you’ll become adept at using communication and information technology effectively for business. You’ll also become familiar with standards of professional practice in a range of scenarios, for example as an employee advocate, HR practitioner or a consultant.
